All drivers and vehicles are covered by insurance during an active trip. Our policy includes comprehensive, collision, and liability coverage.

Daily mileage limits

Cars on Getaround have a base mileage limit (200 daily miles). Additional mileage beyond the standard limits result in additional charges.

Customer support

For every trip, guests have access to customer support assistance and can purchase roadside assistance and protection plans at trip checkout.
